“ Came upon this restaurant as working locally in the village. The village of Biert is close knit, the houses made from round granite river stones. This is France at its best. Real French people in a rural location high in the mountains flanked by the snowy Pyrenees. Not much going on here, so people struggle. But the beauty around outways the hardship the locals endure. Lunch was lamb chops with the sheep being bred on the mountains and what a taste...Delicious. Served well with various sides...Staff very pleasant and quick service and very clean and warm inside. I can imagine in the summer it's very busy as it's a glorious spot with the beautiful river running through . The church in the village is being renovated but take a look inside it's wonderful. ”
